Upon arrival at Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, get assistance on all the arrival formalities and transfer to Munnar. Enjoy a four-hour scenic drive to Munnar through the hill station. Early in the morning, travel to Alleppey, a pleasant village on the Vembanadu Lake. This place is known for its backwaters, palms and houseboats. Cruise through the unique web of lakes, lagoons, canals and rivers. Visit the paddy fields in Kuttanad region, which is the only region where rice is cultivated below sea level. Enjoy an overnight stay on the Houseboat/Hotel, in Alleppey.

Morning disemperk from the Houseboat at boat jetty. Proceed to Kovalam.
